TO PROVIDE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT CHARITABLE RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED BY REASONS OF ILL HEALTH AS A RESULT OF A BRAIN INJURY IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY SEES FIT.
