**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AGED 6 TO 14 BY RUNNING A MATHEMATICS CHALLENGE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES TO PROMOTE THEIR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, AND PROVIDING FOLLOW UP SUPPORT, INCLUDING; FEEDBACK AND SEMINARS FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN

**Activities:** We conduct mathematics challenge exam and award ceremony to improve mathematics knowledge of young children.Further more we carry out mathematics seminars for the local students.
