having similar aims to further the objectives of
the Centre.
4.8 To ensure an Islamic atmosphere of peace
and kindness.
4.9 To Promote peace and harmony with all the
community in Blackburn and beyond,
regardless to whether they are muslims, people
of any faith, male or female.
4.10 The Centre shall encourage and establish
the five congregational daily prayers at the
Centre.
4.11 The Centre shall endeavor to hold Islamic
gatherings, Islamic study session, conferences,
talks and the like.
4.12 The Centre shall maintain a library on
