Z4- Z Pa8e60111 Treasurer's Report Fy 01" July_'24 to 30" June'25 l am very pleased to report this year's tinancial statement which, again, emphasises the Commitment and dedication shown by the club, and the members, and the local community in retaining our commitment to our local community in providing a professional and sustainable football Club with access to all. As previously outlined in our AGM last year, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase our membership subscriptions io maintain the level of standards we aim to give our members, and l am pleased to say that this has been received well. and the take up of our payment collections has increased year on year. This, I believe, is because of being open and transparent in displaying our accounts to all our members at the AGM meetings where the ever-increasing costs are laid oul and discussed to. The standarijs we have set have not decreased and we are so pleased to now have our 3G playing surface venue at our local leisure centre, in which we were the partner club In th8 bid for the proposal. and whilsi ihat usage cost has increased. the benefits are more playing time with less games postponed due to the weather, so it's a great benefit to us. We have been able to meet all our financial commitments, and I would like to acknowledge the .,•, support of our local suppliers and businesses for their reactions to our needs e.g. 8 grassroots volunteer led football ¢lub thal exists purely down to its members and their month-by-month support. lj.'j All but one of our suppliers are local 10 the community and 811 invoices are paid upon presentation, 8nd we have zero debts or liabilities. Our fin8n¢i81 proctsdures r8m8in very goo¢t. By providing timely information, we have been able to continue to source other income streams like Grant Applications which. by having the correct inforrn8tion to hand to support the grant Bpplicaiion processes. we have been successful again in our applications. Again. as with previous seasons, the support ol local businesses in their sponsorship of both club kits and the pitch side advertising on our main pitch here at the club, iemains hugely gratifying. This is a valuable source of income for us. A massive thank you to all those contributors. Our other income streams have been well supported again this year, and the Trustees are grateful for j both the support and commitment given to all the events held. We have renewed our equipment and kit contract with Nike, and the supplier Vesey. again, and this has given us continued branding for the club. together with the financial support by Nike forthe training bursary fund of £4.000. We are now one of around two hundred national grassroots football clubs within the Nike Partnership scheme and one of the forty within the North West region and again, this is down io having our house in order which. by the way, has enablgd us to maint8in the three star accredilation by the English FA which is reviewed annually.
