WA12 9XE Telephone.. 01925 224591 Email-. 8nquiries@nlv¥fc.co.LTrk Treasurerfs Re ort F 01StJul .23 to 30th June'24 l am very pleased to report this yearfs financial statement which emphasises the commitment and dedication shown by the club, and the members, and the local communty in what continues to be a testing time for us all wrth the current cost of living expectations we are all having to endure. We have had to make the difficult decision to increase our membership subscriptions to maintain the level of standards we aim to give our members, and l am pleased to say that the small increase has had that effect in that our level of services we offer, has not waivered nor decreased. The reaction and response from the local communty to that decision has been tremendous. We have been able to meet all our financial commitments, and I would like to acknowledge the support of our local suppliers and businesses for their reactions to our needs e.g. a grassroots volunteer led foott)all club that exists purely down to its members and their month-by-month support. Our financial procedures remain very good. By providing timely information. we have been able to continue to source other income streams like Grant Applications which, by having the correct infomiation to hand to support the grant application processes, we have bn successful again in our applications. Again, this season. the support of local businesses in their sponsorship of both club kits and the pitch side advertising on our main pitch here at the club. remains hugely gratifying. This is a valuable Sour of income for us. A massive thank you to all those contributors. Our other income streams have been well supported again this year. and the Trustees are grateful for both the support and commiiment given to all of the events held. The on-line Subscription services via Prtchero, has now been fulty taken on board and this has greaY improved our cash collection in both revenue and reporting tems. Page1of2

WA12 9XE Telephone- 01925 224591 Email.. enquiri6s@nlwfe.co.uk We have renev1 our equipment and kit with Nike, and the supplber Vesey, again, and this has given us continued branding for the dub. together with the financial support by Nike for the training bursary fund of £4.000. We are now one of around seventy grassroots football clubs within the Nike Partnership scheme and again, this is down to having our house in order which, by the way. has enabled us to maintain the three star accreditation by the English FA. We now enjoy the BACS payment prO8S wilh our on-line bank facilty via Lloyds and this has enabled us to pay out both invoices and expense claim forms directly to the bank accounts of suppliers and members within a few days of rlpt by myself. I would like to conclude this report by going through the Financial Report infonnation. Of the £85k retained funds, we do have finanoal commthients for the next financial period on our Grant Applications @ £30k plus our Nike Training Bursary Allocation of £4k. with the remaining balan of £50k being retained funds derived from income streams such as the Last One Standing. our Sports Dinners, Bonfire Night and Pitch side board adverts being the main contributions.
