**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE NORTH-WEST OF ENGLAND BY COLLECTING AND DISTRIBUTING HYGIENE ESSENTIALS AND TOILETRIES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED EITHER DIRECTLY OR VIA OTHER CHARITIES OR ORGANISATIONS IN THE NORTH-WEST OF ENGLAND, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) ASSISTING THOSE OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS BY THE PROVISION OF TOILETRIES AND OTHER HYGIENE ESSENTIALS; (2) DONATING TOILETRIES, MAKE-UP AND GROOMING PRODUCTS THAT WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PEOPLE.

**Activities:** We collect and distribute hygiene essentials and toiletries to individuals in need, either directly or via other charities and organisations in the North-West, for the public benefit in the relief of poverty.
