Other Achievements and Performance SORP reference The club works with a local award winning provider, Tennis Able, to host tennis coaching and activities at the club all year round. The sessions are for young people with disabilities and provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the players to enjoy the benefits of racket sports. The club provides supervised sessions to a local school for children with complex needs. These sessions are run weekly in term time, the pupils play ball games on the squash court using our interactive squash software. The sessions develop hand eye coordination and promote physical activity in a fun and safe environment. The club provides free of charge use of its facilities to both wheelchair and parastanding tennis players encourages their participation in club activities that are open to all. The club hosts specific sessions to encourage females into sport and retain those already playing. Coached female only racketball and squash sessions are held by the club and are open to members and non members. The aim is to break down barriers and perceptions and success is measured by the attendance at the groups and the number of females from the groups that go on to participate in other mixed activities at the club. The club has a full junior coaching programme in both tennis and squash, with coaching available for beginners through to county level and beyond. The club has replaced it's dated halogen luminaire floodlights on three tennis courts with LED lighting. This project started in June 2025 and was completed over 4 weeks. The benefits are reduced energy consumption, reduced light spillage, increased bulb reliability, lower lighting poles and lower running costs. We aim to replace the remaining halogen tennis lights with LEDS over the next 5 years, finances permitting. All the squash courts have LED lighting. The club continues to assess the feasibility of Padel tennis courts at the club. Report to the trustees Charity Name East Anglia Tennis and Squash Club On accounts for the year 30.06.2025 Charity no 1193419 ended (if any) Set out on pages 2-4 I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/06/2025 . Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
