## **Litter Picks** 

**We carried out monthly consecutive litter picks in the Parish of King Walden and have been since January 2021** 

**Volunteer time executed: 288 hours per annum  .  24 hours per month (Averaged) Collected 3600 KG of litter/debris (3.5 Tons) per annum (averaged) Distance covered in miles 350 miles (Averaged) per annum Excellent support/feedback from Councillors, MP and residents**

**Key points:** 

**-Coffee Shops momentum resulted in high set-up and running costs running 4/year** 

**-Risks: identified need for more Trustees and overall delegation of some duties - Set-up Airport link with fly-tipping -Road Safety ongoing challenges with volunteer recruitment and initiatives with Local/County**
