The object of the CIO is the relief of children suffering from Battens Disease variant CLN2, an ultra-rare genetic neurological disease affecting children, in particular but not exclusively by providing grants and funding for treatment of and research into Battens Disease variant CLN2 to benefit the health and improve the lives of affected children. |
