Objectives and Aims
To assist in the treatment and care of Children diagnosed with DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) by funding medical research into the condition and the dissemination of the useful results of that research for the public benefit. To relieve the needs of such children with DIPG (Diffuse intrinsic Pontine Glioma) and their families by providing them with gift boxes, grants and holidays.
Achievement and performance
We are delighted to report that our fundraising events held in the year were incrediably sucessful and the general public generosity was overwhelming. As a result were were able to provide even more familes with gift boxes, equipment that they needed and holidays.
Financial review
The Unbeatable Eva Foundation operates a reserve policy. The Trustees have agreed to the Charity holding a reserve to meet our commitments for our activities for the next three months. This reserve should allow us to meet any unforseen expenses or to continue to operate for a time if were were to experience a a drop in donations.
Our Supporters and Volunteers
In the time since we lost Eva, we continue to be overwhelmed by the incredible support of both the local community, and our followers, supporters, and donors, across the UK and beyond. Without your help, we simply would not be able to continue to help other families who experience the devastating pain of DIPG. Thank you to everyone who works with us every day to try to change outcomes for the children and families we support.
Declartion
The Trustees declare that they have approved the the Trustees' report above.
Signed on behalf of the Trustees on 22 April 2026

Independent examiners report to the trustees of The Unbeatable Eva Foundation For the Year ended 31st December 2025
We report on the financial statements of society for the period ended 31st December 2025, which comprise the balance sheet, statement of financial activities, and the related notes.
This report is made solely to the trustees as a body. Our reporting work has been undertaken so that we might state to the trustees those matters we are required to state to them in an independent accountant’s report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the charity and the trustees as a body, for our work, for this report, or for the opinion we have formed.
RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITES OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND THE INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts; they consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is our responsibility to examine the accounts under sections 145 of the Charities Act, following the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and to state whether particular matters have come to our attention.
BASIS OF THE INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION
Our work was conducted in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. Our procedures included a review of the accounts records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration for any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required for an audit, and consequently we do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT’S OPINION
In our opinion:
(a) The accounts are in agreement with those accounting records kept by the society under section 130 of the Charities Act
(b) Having regard only to, and on the basis of, the information contained in those accounting records, the financial statements have been drawn up in a manner consistent with the accounting requirements of the applicable legislation, and,
(c) The accounts complied with the applicable requirements set out in the Charities Act (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008; other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view, which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
