Section D Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year

General

Climate Change All Change was incorporated as a CIO on 1 February 2021 and continues the work that commenced in 2020 as an unincorporated association.

During the period to 31 December 2021 the programme for launching a limited number of demonstration co-design collaborations across the country was confirmed. 5 co-design school / designer teams have been formed.

Proposal for the planned Young V&A exhibition has been reactivated, post-covid, and is expected to be submitted to the V&A Exhibitions Steering Group in March 2022.

Scaling the CCAC model, to comprise 8 regional hubs by 2026, is being developed for trustee approval.

Sponsorship and Funding

CCAC’s current funding campaign commenced in 2021. During the period, a total of £48,360 has been received and a further £52,000 pledged. Details are set out below. The bank balance at 31 December 2021 was £38,610. Outgoings for the planned activity during 2022 are estimated at £65,000 - £75,000. The funding campaign will continue through 2022 with the scale of activity reflecting final funds received. Designers

Six designers have confirmed their participation in the 2022 demonstration co-design programme. Designers’ meetings were held on 26[th] November 2021 and 21[st] January 2022 at which the content and scope of each design project was presented and reviewed.

The 2022 demonstration programme designers are: Xavier de Kestelier of Hassell Studio (Living in Extreme Environments); Finbar Charlson of dRMM and Jack Cardno of Sylva Studio working in tandem (Forest Future); Tom Kendall of Wayward (Community Landscapes); Aurelie Fontan (clothing/fashion); and DaeWha Kang (Urban Play Space).

The search for appropriate designers for the 2023 demonstration programme and beyond continues.
