Activities
The Foundation has funded a theatre production.
Achievements and Performance
The theatre productions are shared with the wider communty, and often involve over
60 pupils, who are able to work alongside professional agencies (for example sound,
light and orchestra).

2.2 Source of Funds
It isthe intention of the Trustees to investigate investment models in orderto generate
income and sustain the Foundation. Alongside this the Trustees will agree an
investment policy. Should the Trustees not invest the funds, the longevity Df the
Foundation would be at risk.
2.3 Policies
The Foundation has adopted a Grant Making Policy which will be reviewed annually to
ensure that it has regard to the Charity Commission Guidance 8nd is fit for purpose
wrthin the Foundation's objectives.
Structure, Govemance and Management
Trustees
The Foundation shall have a Board of Trustees comprising of at least (but not limited
to) one Governorof King HenryVIII 3-19 School nominated at a meeting held according
to the ordinary practice of the nominating body. Etsch norninated appointment shall be
for a term of threeyears, but not commencing on the seme dale to allow for continuity
of experience. New Trustees may be recruited to the B02rd at any time by the
Trustees. In selecting individuals for appointment as Trustees, the Trustees must have
regard to the skills, knowSedge and experience needed for the effective administration
of the Foundation.
3.2 Officer and Advisors
The Chair of the Foundation and trustees may, by and from their number and from
time to time, elect such other oflicers (secretary, treasurer) as they see fit.
3.3 Induction of Trustees
Any new Trustees will have an induction using Charity Commission reSoUr￿S so that
they understand their role and responsibilities as Tnjstees.
