new building which is situated in the
grounds of Rhayader Primary school. This
was a huge outcome for the preschool as
this has been on going for several years
and now and the children have the most
excellent grounds to thrive in.
We went through CIW/Estyn inspection
which was successful and credit to the staff
involved with that.
Fundraising events were held throughout
the year which help ensure the running of
the setting and providing valuable

trustees. If the number falls below this
minimum, the remaining trustee or trustees
may act only to call a meeting of the charity
trustees, or to appoint a new charity
trustee.
(2) The maximum number of charity
trustees is 12. The charity trustees may not
appoint any charity trustee if, as a result,
the number of charity trustees would
