**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 16 TO 24 IN WEALDEN WHO ARE CURRENTLY NOT IN FULL TIME EDUCATION, TRAINING OR EMPLOYMENT (NEET) BY DESIGNING AND WORKING WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES TO DELIVER SKILLS TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AND TO OPEN UP OFFERS FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT, AND BY ANY OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.

**Activities:** To bridge the gap between Education and work for 16-24 year olds who are NEET (not in Education, Employment or Training) in the Wealden area. a) By developing employability, social and life skills. b) By developing motivation and self-confidence. c) Benefiting the economy and communities within the Wealden area.
