## **TRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT** 

The Trustees present their report of the Cheetah Conservation Fund - UK (the “Charity”) for the year ended 28 February 2024. 

## **TRANSFER OF ASSETS FROM UNINCORPORATED CHAIRTY** 

The Charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO).  The Trustees of this CIO (charity number 1193293) are the same as those of a legacy, unincorporated charity with the same name (charity number 1079874).  The assets and trade of the unincorporated charity were transferred into this CIO in March 2024.  The CIO did not trade during the financial year ended 28 February 2024, the year covered by this Trustees’ Report.

## **OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY** 

The Charity undertakes to promote for the public benefit the conservation and protection of the cheetah and other predators, and the ecosystems of their natural habitats, including local communities where humans and cheetahs co-exist, through the provision of grants for conservation, education, research and promoting biodiversity.
