## **CHEETAH CONSERVATION FUND - UK** Charity Number 1193293 TRUSTEES’ ANNUAL REPORT PERIOD ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022 1 **CHEETAH CONSERVATION FUND - UK** ## **TRUSTEES' ANNUAL REPORT** The Trustees present their report of the Cheetah Conservation Fund - UK (the “Charity”) for the period ended 28 February 2022. ## **TRANSFER OF ASSETS FROM UNINCORPORATED CHAIRTY** The Charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). The Trustees are in the process of transferring the assets from an unincorporated charity (charity number 1079874) into this Charity (charity number 1193293). The assets had not been transferred prior to the financial period end of 28 February 2022 and this Charity has not traded in the period covered by this Trustees’ Report. ## **TRUSTEES** The Trustees who served the Charity during the period were as follows: Giles Clark Katie Clements (appointed 29 November 2021) Dr Jane Galton Laurence Morgan (appointed Treasurer 25 November 2021) Philip Wale ## **OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITY** The Charity undertakes to promote for the public benefit the conservation and protection of the cheetah and other predators, and the ecosystems of their natural habitats, including local communities where humans and cheetahs co-exist, through the provision of grants for conservation, education, research and promoting bio-diversity. This Charity has not yet begun to trade. It will begin operating once the assets of the unincorporated charity (charity number 1079874) are transferred into this Charity (charity number 1193293).
