**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF ‘SCARR BANDSTAND’ AND TO ENCOURAGE BOTH A GREATER RECREATIONAL USE BY THE PUBLIC OF THE FACILITIES AVAILABLE AND HIGH STANDARDS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE CENTRED AROUND THE BANDSTAND.

**Activities:** To maintain Scarr Bandstand as a site of local heritage, recreation, culture and education withoutdistinction of political, religious or other opinions for the public benefit of the Forest of Dean. To promote wide ranging free to attend, and paid for, cultural activities at Scarr Bandstand for the public benefit.
