Their Influen over the organisation is not eX$s1Ve as there will be a quorum of 5 on all decision making. Relationship with Suffolk County Council Archaeological Service: The Foundation will undertake a variety of activities to advance the knowledge about the archaeology of Suffolk. The Foundation will fundraise for and advise on aspirational and additional activity to Suffolk County Council Archaeological Service's core service, where that activity meet5 the approved purposes of the Foundation and offers public benefit. It is not the purpose of the Foundation to sub5idise the core running costs of the Council. The archaeological service will need to formally apply for grants. The Trustees/Founder connected with the Council will not personally receive any money from the Foundation for employment or seNices. If funds are granted to the archaeological service, these will be ringfenced by the Council for the express purposes agreed with the Foundation. relationship with any related parties., trustees, consideration of major risks and the system and procedures to manage them. The SARF was founded and registered with the charity commission in January 2021. Since then and continuing into this financial year, the harity has focused on raising funds following a soft launch of the charity to the public. A small number of donations were received in this financial year totalling.. £1275.92. Section D Achievements and performance During this financial year. the Trustees have focused on raising funds and the charity has received £1275 92 in small donations. No grants have been given by the charity, as the Trustees are focussing on building funds before being able to administer grants. The Trustees started planning for a launch and fundraising event lo take place in June 2025 which will be reported on in the next financial year.
