Financial review
a. Going Concern
After making appropriate enquiries, the trnstees have a reasonable expectation that the charity has adequate
resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue lo adopt
the going concern basis in preparing the financAal statements. Further details regarding the adoption of the going

As al 30 September 2025, th8 reserves of th8 F¢wndation amount to £654,205 (2024: £672,766). The Iruslees
have established a policy whereby free reserves held by the charity should b& maintained at sufficient levels to
maintain th8 charitys operations in th8 8vent of short tsm funding fluctuations or unforèseen costs. At the year
end the Foundation's free reseNes are £154205 (2024: £172.7661.
c. Flnancial rlsk management obiectivey and policies
The trustees have reviewed the risks to which a small charity exposed to. Appropriate procedures are in place
to identify, monitor and review these risks on a regular bags.
d. Summary
The statement of financial activitiès sel out on pag8 7 of the financial ststements shows how Ihe charlws
incoming resources have been expended in the year ended 30 September 2025.
The Foundation received donations and Glft Ald wntributions tolalling £30.000 12024= £167.6541. along wth
