Objectives and Activities

Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	TO ADVANCE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PROMOTING THE TEACHINGS AND TENETS OF ISLAM, PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WORSHIP AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR ISLAMIC EDUCATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARITY DOCTRINE BEING THE TEACHINGS OF THE QUR’AAN AND THE TEACHINGS OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH).
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	This year contnued to build on the signifcant progress made in the previous period. The Centre has been fully operatonal throughout the year, providing regular daily prayers, Friday prayers, Ramadan actvites and Eid prayers for the community. Use of the main hall and ancillary rooms increased steadily, allowing the charity to host a wider range of religious, educatonal and community actvites. New Actvites in summer holidays were started including Archery Classes, Hajj and Ramadan workshops, as well as Jumble sales which were not only well received but also generated revenue for the Centre. Children’s Islamic classes contnued on a regular basis on weekdays and weekends, with consistent atendance and positve engagement from parents. Educatonal talks, workshops and study circles for adults were also heldperiodically,supportngboth

		religious learning and wider wellbeing. The community hall was used throughout the year for events open to both Muslims and non-Muslims, helping to strengthen relatonships with neighbours and the wider local community. The Centre contnued to provide a welcoming space for families, women, youth and elderly members of the community.

Regular trustee meetngs were held during the year and minutes were taken to ensure proper governance and oversight.

Policy on grant making	Para 1.38	Requests for assistance from individuals or via third-party referrals are considered on a case-by-case basis. Any grants or donatons are agreed collectvely by the trustees, with preference given to situatons where funds are used directly for the intended benefciary without diversion towards management or administraton.
Policy on social investment including program related investment	Para 1.38	Donatons to educatonal or community-focused causes are made on an ad-hoc basis where requests align with the charity’s objectves.
Contribution made by volunteers	Para 1.38	Volunteers contnued to play a vital role during the year. Support was provided for events, educatonal actvites, workshops and administraton. Volunteers also assisted with food bank collectons and distributon in partnership with local charites.

Para 1.20	The charity has further established itself as a stable and actve community hub during this year. Regular religious services, educatonal classes and community events provided spiritual support, learning opportunites and social connecton for a wide range of benefciaries. The Centre contnued its relatonship with local food banks, collectng and donatng food regularly in response to the ongoing cost-of-living pressures faced by many households. This support has benefted both Muslim and non-Muslim families within the local area. Ramadan and Eid actvites were again a highlight of the year. Multple community ifars, breaking-the-fast events and Eid prayers were held, atractng strong atendance and fostering a sense of unity and inclusion. These events also provided opportunites for engagement with neighbours and visitors from outside the immediate community. Youth and family-focused actvites, including children’s classes and parent-and-toddler style sessions, contnued to add value by supportng learning, wellbeing and social development.
