**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN UNDER-DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN NEPAL AND MYANMAR, BY MEANS OF:(A) THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE FACILITIES IN SCHOOLS WHERE STATE-FUNDED FACILITIES ARE INADEQUATE OR DO NOT EXIST;(B) PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS AND/OR MAINTENANCE GRANTS TO POORER STUDENTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD LOCAL FEES FOR THEIR EDUCATION;(C) PROVIDING ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED; AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SEE FIT.

**Activities:** For the public benefit, the advancement of education for disadvantaged people under the age of 25 in under-developed countries, primarily but not exclusively in Nepal and Myanmar, by means of:the provision of appropriate facilities where state-funded facilities are inadequate or do not exist; providing scholarships and/or maintenance grants to poorer students who cannot afford local fees.
