**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF UBLEY IN BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT FOR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITHIN THE UBLEY PLAY AREA FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].

**Activities:** Our aim is to raise funds, via community events, in order to create a children's play area in Ubley Village for the whole community to use.
