Bentley ARLFC Trustee’s Annual Report 2021 was a disjointed year for the club which was still effected by Covid. It was good to get things back to some sort of normality with all age groups getting back to playing. Behind the scenes there was a lot of time and effort put into planning the new Club House. With our main funding partners Rugby League World Cup who have committed to funding to the value of £252k and we continue with our bid with Sport England and aim to raise £100k in funding towards the build. We continue with the planning application with Doncaster Council. Outside of the day to day running of The Club this is our main objective. Income was down by £3k at £26k and Expenditure was up by £5k at £23k against the prior year. The increase in expenditure was driven by a £11k of spend on Kit and Equipment against a prior year expenditure of £5.5k.
