through donaiions, ticket sales and fundtaising.
Launched 'An Intercultural Worship Handbook, by lan Collinge at the festival.

Our annual Conv¥rgc ¢onfereT]ce look pla¢¢ in 11am)w on I l Ociobcr 2025, hosted
g¢n¢rously by Si Pctcr'5 church in parin¢rship with One Church II#Trow. Seventy
d¢leBdtes juined us for a day of ieachingj worship aiid conn¢ction. Ilarvey Kwiyani and

organisations cxhibiicd and gave financial 5UPPOrt. Feedback was vcry positivc.
Flnancial Revlew
It has been a challenging year financially. While w¢ have seen a incre05¢ in the number
of individual suppTrrters, tr￿St and foundation applications proved harder Ihan hoped during Ihc
year. Thmugh careful financial man3gernent. the support ot regular givers and God's proi.'ision.
wc rctaincd sutTicient fund5 for our basic operations. WL bcgan charging for some of our courscs
and eventb during thc ycar and r¢Leived our first rcquLSi for paid coaching in iiifcrcultural
leadcrship, opening new sourccs of inctyme for the cfftwity.
The Trustees have considered the risk to the cbariiy's budget and future fvnding and have set the
following reservcs policy:
