Significant developments this year have been: The establishment of a strong. UK leadership team, made up of expcricnccd prdCtition¢rs from a variety of culturdl and denominational backgrounds. A new website and brnnding which ha5 madc our mission and vision clear and enabled our resources and training to rcach A much wid¢r audience. The launch ora network for Intercultural Churches to facilitate connection, including a Network Members area on our website. The expansion of our Songs2serve InterculiurAI Worship ministry and musician5. including leading workshops and modclling Inlerculturdl worship across the country. Equippin2 and Supportin2 Leaders in Churches with Intercultural Skills In April 2024, we gathLred 60 Icaders from across the UK for equipping, connection, and mobilisation at our national Lonfcrcncc. 'Convcrgc We went on to develop and deliver further trnining events through the ycar. 'Culture Compass., a one-day inlerLultural intelligyence training. in partnership wilh Agape UK. took place in Leicester, and a church leaders evcning ¢￿¢nI. addressing themes ot intercultural leadership and worship, was held in Derby. In february w¢ launched "Strengthening your Intercultural I,eadership', a 6-month online training course. with over 30 people atiending. I'hrough ihe year we ran l O online huddle groups with 38 participants providing ongoing support and Icarning for Icaders in interculiural setlings. In addition, several members ofour national tL'am contributed chapters for 'Polyphoni¢ God., a book exploring interculiural theology. churches and juslice. 2. In the UK we led a workshop for church planters al the Birmingham Collective, and helped host the Intercultural Leaders Forum with the One People Commission at All Nations Christian College. going on to present at the OPC national gathcring in LiverFWI. 3. Inypire and Equip Churehes for Intercultural Worship Over the year the Songs2 serye UK team has: Led Intewultural Worship Workshops in London. Derby. Amsterdam and the Netherlands. Delivered training in Interculturnl Ministry and Worship. to 20 trainee ministers at Trinity Theological College Bristol. Ran a monthly worship leaders online huddle. with 8 participants. Led ￿orshIp at the "Interculturnl Churchcs and City Transfomiation Conference,. and the Anglican InterLultural Confercnce in North England.
