Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the year A bequest has been offered and accepted (June 20241 which will allow the trustees to do the necessary works needed to re-open Ihe Community Park. Three of the truslees have resigned and two new trustees appointed. A new bank account has been opened in the Charity name and the old one closed. Works have taken place which have included repairing the fence, repairing and repainting equipment, removal of equipment which cannot be repaired (as per inspection). new swing seats, goal net. chippings etc. The area has been insured and is due for a final revinspection prior to a planned opening in April 2025. One of the conditions of the bequest is that the charity own the area. The Parish Council have had the area valued and the process of transferring the ownership to Homersfield Community Park has begun. TAR M8r¢h 2012
