1.19|We held a free 2-day webinar ESASI 2021
(virtual) on 1-2 July 2021 and our Annual
General Meeting (AGM) on 1 July 2021 in
conjunction with that webinar.
In March and December 2021 we held
online ‘FocusOn…’ sessions, looking at
different parts of the air safety and
investigation industry. These two events
were also free of charge.
The ESASI Committee (trustees) also
published four Newsletters :Winter
(2/2021), Spring-Summer (6/2021),
Summer (8/2021) and Autumn (11/2021).
They are made available on the ESASI
website and cover the above-mentioned
activities.
In addition, ESASI has provided support to
the MASI group, which is composed of
Military Air Safety Investigators who share
a common purpose.|

committee, while staying within our
declared limit, to enable us to expand our
activities for the upcoming years. There is a
project to hold an International Seminar
(ISASI 2024) in Lisbon Portugal in 2024.
2021 was a difficult year due to COVID. We
were forced to postpone, again, our
planned face-to-face seminar and so we
held a number of online events:
In July 2021 we held a free 2-day webinar.
In March and December 2021 we held
‘FocusOn…’ sessions, looking at different
parts of the air safety and investigation
industry.
Since these events were held online, with
free Zoom use from a member and all
speakers and organising trustees giving
their time for free, there were no associated
costs.
The sessions achieved great feedback
from all who attended and were joined by a
wide range of participants.|
