Our Objectives
The main objectives of Mercyland Pentecostal Church international is to advance the Christian religion for the public benefit by holding of prayer meetings, public celebration of Christian religion and outreach work.
Main Activities and Achievements
In planning our activities for the year, the trustees have given regards to the charity commission’s guidance on public benefit.
The main activities are as follows:

We are going to have high street shop

Supporting the poor and needy through selling donated items at a reduced price

Providing cup of tea and coffee at a reduced price.

Christian counselling and prayers to people at their request

Making Christian literatures available for public need

Christian gathering for spiritual and social benefits
We are keen to offer a range of services during the year that our community find both beneficial and spiritually fulfilling. For example, evening prayers, provide a quiet , intimate and reflective environment for worship whilst opportunity are provided for people to engage in more outgoing worship.
Financial Review
There is no financial activities and the charity does not own or lease land or property during this period.
Structure, Governance and Management
Mercyland Pentecostal Church International is registered as a charitable Incorporated organisations (CIO) with Charity Commission on 13[th] January 2021.
Trustees are appointed or reappointed annually at the annual general meeting and they are responsible for controlling the work, management of the charity on behalf of its beneficiaries and also responsible for keeping the list up to date and do this by updating their details as they happen through Charity Commission online services. .

Charitable Objects
The objective of this charity is to advance the Christian religion for the public benefit by holding of prayer meetings, public celebration of Christian religion and outreach Work.
Statement of Trustees' responsibilities
The Board of trustees are responsible for preparing the report and accounts in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
In preparing these accounts, the Board of trustees are required to:

select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;

make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;

prepare the accounts on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the charity transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity .They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Charities Act and regulations.

Accountants' report to the board of trustees of MERCYLAND PENTECOSTAL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL on the preparation of the unaudited statutory accounts for the period ended 31 January 2024
We have prepared for your approval the accounts of MERCYLAND PENTECOSTAL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL for the period ended 31 January 2024 as set out on pages 6 - 8 from the charity accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
This report is made solely to the Board of Trustees of MERCYLAND PENTECOSTAL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of MERCYLAND PENTECOSTAL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than MERCYLAND PENTECOSTAL CHURCH INTERNATIONAL and its Board of Trustees as a body for our work or for this report.
