**Working towards a comprehensive Thymic Cancer Database** ThymicUK has long been advocating for the need of a comprehensive database that would allow healthcare professionals to bring together information on the rare cases of thymic malignancies, to advance learning and ultimately lead to more effective and safer treatment regimes. **Support Group, Mailing List and website:** We continued to run the website, the ThymicUK mailing list and the closed ThymicUK patient support group on Facebook. The group provides a safe space, in which patients and carers can exchange experiences and often very practical tips, supporting each other. Both forums have seen sustained growth with about 100 new patients and carers joining. This indicates that more doctors and nurses are aware of and signpost patients to ThymicUK as a source of information and support.
