The trustees have pleasure in presenting their report together with the financial statements and the independent examiner’s report for the year ended 31[st] March 2022.
## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT**
## **Constitution**
Coventry Christian Fellowship Church is a registered with Charity Commission, registration number 1193068. All its affairs are governed by the Board of Trustees as stipulated in the constitution of Coventry Christian Fellowship Church.
## **Appointment of Trustees**
Trustee members are appointed by Annual General Meeting established by the constitution. An induction programme for any new members will takes place at which training, and governance support is given to ensure that Trustee members are familiar with the Charity's values, aims and responsibilities in their role as designated trustees of the charity.

The advancement of religion
## **Objectives**
The objective of the Rehoboth Revival Ministries is to advance the Christian religion.
## **Types of Activities**
- 1) It makes grants, donations, loans, and gifts to individuals.
- 2) It makes grants, donations, or gifts to organisations.
- 3) It carries out activities or services itself.

## **The main Activities and Achievements**
- 1) In January 2022 we celebrated new year together as the church and invited people from the community
- 2) In February 2022 we had couples seminal during valentine day. We went out for a meal.
- 3) In the month of April 2022, we conducted easter service and went for cross work in Wyken area and shared the Love of Christ in the community.
- 4) In June 2022 we had Christian Momentum conference in Sheffield
- 5) In August 2022 we had prayer day with other churches in Coventry City
- 6) In August we joined Momentum sphere for youth camp in Sheffield where young people were taught young people morals to be good citizens
- 7) In October 2022 we conducted couple’s seminar
- 8) In December 2022 We gave gifts to children to recognize their participation throughout the year.
## **Financial Review**
**The accounts** have been prepared on a Receipts and Payments basis and in accordance with the applicable Accounting Standards, Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting Reporting by charities (SORP 2005) and applicable accounting standards and the charities Acts 1993.
## **Financial performance:**
Coventry Christian Fellowship Church has performed reasonably well in trying to meet its goals in terms of financial status. Though there are so many challenges due to lack of finances. We have been able to, worship seminar, Christmas services and attend workshops and seminars both based on good corporate governance and fundraising strategies and secular settings and

supports from church members has been a source of revenue that has enabled the organization to function so far.
## **Reserve Policy**
The trustees' policy is to create and keep a reserve that can cover at least three months of our normal operating costs. The trustees now ensure that any remaining funds are held in the charity account to build up our future reserve in accordance with the charity objectives.
## **Risk Management**
First a special meeting called to discuss any special project. Committee members made aware of any risks involved. Once the Funding secured only then project will be approved.
## **Plans for Future Period**
Planning to buy our own place of worship (building) which will help us to be stable in our worship and sustainability for Sunday services and other meetings.

## **Independent Examiner’s Report For the Year Ended 31st March 2022**
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31st March 2022, which are set out on pages 9 to 12.
## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner**
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 (“the 2005Act”) and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended) (“the 2006 Regulations”). The charity’s trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the 2006 Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 449(1) (c) of the 2005 Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
## **Basis of independent examiner’s statement**
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the accounts.
## **Independent examiner’s statement**
In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention: -
1. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect, the requirements: -
- To keep accounting records in accordance with section 44(1) (a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Regulations, and
- To prepare Accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with Regulation 9 of the 2006 Regulations

## **1. Basis of Accounting**
These assounts have been prepared on the Receipts and Payment basis in accordance with the Charities & Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended)
## **2. Nature and purpose of funds**
During the year under review, all of the charity's funds were unrestricted and were used at the discretion of the trustees. The charity received donations from its members and non - members. All the funds received were wholly and exlusively used for pursuit and furtherance of the charity's objects as Restricted funds may only be used for specific purposes. Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for specific purpose. During the period under review, the charity did not receive any restricted funds.

There was no remuneration paid to any charity trustee or to any person connected to a trustee during the year
