**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25, TO DEVELOP THEIR DIGITAL SKILLS, TO SUPPORT THEM IN THEIR EDUCATION AND INCREASE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.

**Activities:** Cloudy Foundation was established by the Cloudy IT group and the Foundation provides support and opportunity for (especially disadvantaged) young people to develop their digital skills and towards employment. The Charity provides the Enterprise Academy alongside Tech Lab projects, including designing, producing and marketing their own apps and other digital initiatives and skills development.
