Objectives and Activities

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	Our first year has been focused on the ground work of gathering materials for the launch of our website. The resources are to be comprehensive, working with volunteer professional practitioners and the trustees, so they will take some time - which we planned for during our first year. So far, we have built the main website (which is now in draft), written the main copy for the website for SEO, created all of our charity branding materials, produced audio recordings for the sleep section of the site and have begun work storyboarding the online CBT pre-recorded sections. Our main priority this year has been to get ourselves in a good position to launch the website so it will provide valuable material to those who are waiting to see a therapist. So far we have managed to complete the above for free, but this financial year we will be discussing options for grants to help us progress and complete our pre-recorded sessions at a faster pace, along with investigating a charity advisor.

Financial Review
Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	So far the charity has had zero outgoings and zero reserves.
Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	Para 1.22	We currently have 0 financial reserves as everything has been completed by the trustees or on a voluntary basis. However, any reserves the charity has in the future must be spent solely for our charities purposes. Any expenditure must be approved by the Trustee Chair.
