**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year**
Swayyam, India OneNature Commonwealth Charity donated £1,332.50 to Swayyam in support of its “1000 Trees” project. This initiative aims to plant 1,000 trees in a small village in South India, helping to improve the local environment and contribute to . long-term sustainability Black Hills CIC, Gower Peninsula The charity also supported Black Hills CIC, based in the Gower Peninsula near Swansea, with a donation of £2,600.

The activity of the Charity has been somewhat curtailed by issues affecting the incumbent Chairman, who has required the support of other Trustees.
We anticipate with eagerness and energy our prospective fundraising event at Woolhampton Village Hall
The Trustees will take advice and guidance from the Charity Commission as regards the Chairman if he fails to make a significant recovery in the very near future.
