Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	Emiliani Trust is a charitable organisation registered in England and Wales, dedicated to advancing educational assistance for underprivileged children and orphans living in Zimbabwe. The Trust provides essential support including school fees, uniforms, shoes, and educational materials to enable vulnerable children to access and remain in education. This report covers assistance provided between 01 April 2024 and 31 March 2025. It outlines the number of children supported during the period, their geographical locations, and gender distribution. Objectives of the Charity The main objectives of Emiliani Trust are: To advance the education of underprivileged children, young people, and orphans living in Zimbabwe, in particular but not exclusively, through the provision of financial support towards educational programmes, school fees, clothing (including school uniforms), and educational equipment. To assist orphans and vulnerable children in both rural and urban areas to remain in school through the payment of school fees, enabling them to overcome disadvantaged beginnings and build a better future. To provide a comprehensive support package that includes educational materials such as school uniforms, exercise books, and food supplies where necessary. To improve children’s outlook on life by empowering them to participate in education on an equal footing with their peers and to approach life positively and confidently. To promote equality among all children, ensuring that the interests and rights of vulnerable boys and girls are respected and

		fully integrated into all processes of selection and verification. To treat all children equally based on their individual vulnerabilities, while upholding confidentiality and safeguarding with the highest level of professionalism. To address gender disparities by recognising the different roles, needs, and interests of boys and girls, with the aim of meeting immediate needs and achieving equal rights, opportunities, and outcomes.

Para 1.17 and 1.19	Selection of orphans and vulnerable children. .Payment of school fees for first, second and third terms throughout the year. .Buying of uniforms, shoes and stationery to use at school. Not all children received new uniforms only those who were in need of uniforms were able to receive them.

Contribution made by volunteers	Para 1.38	Emiliani Trust works with volunteers through out Zimbabwe who help with identification of vulnerable children. These volunteers include religious leaders, schools heads and teachers who dedicate their time to help less priviledged children of their communities. These volunteeres are not paid any remuneration, they offer their services for free. They help the trust by tracking progress of the children in school and make sure that they attend school without fail.
Other		Emiliani Trust is supporting children in the following provinces and districts in Zimbabwe.Mashonaland Province has the following districts, Hurungwe, Chinhoyi and Mbire. The schools under this province are St Boniface Secondary school Hurungwe, Mukwatsine primary school in Mbire, Chinhoyi primary school, Chirorodziva

primary school, Chinhoyi high 2 and Murereka primary school in Chinhoyi. St Matchel’s primary and secondary school in Mhondoro district. Chishosha primary school in Mhondoro district. Masvingo province has Berjena primary and secondary schools in Chivi district. Mashonaland East province has Rusike primary school in Goromonzi district.

Achievements and Performance

Para 1.20	As it is the beginning of school year in Zimababwe. The Charity has managed to engage one child and are still in the process of getting full details. With the current funds we are hoping to start slowing until we can afford to sponsor more children.
