Para 1.20 | We were able to engaging 275 volunteers from 95 countries to support our cause. We are currently working on realizing our annual conference, The Human Health Summit. It might take place around end of 2024. We are working on a a magazine concept called the Health Diplomacy Magazine (HD). We are looking for a sponsor. We successfully established collaboration agreements with academic insitutions around the globe and started to implement a couple of educational and research projects with them. the projects are mainly focused on raising the awareness of general public and young generation with an ultimate goal of creating sustainable development within our societies. |

Ihavecompletedmyexamination.Iconfirmthatnomaterialmattershavecometomyattentioninconnectionwith the

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
Thefinancialstatementsofthecharity,whichisapublicbenefitentityunderFRS102,havebeenprepared in
accordancewiththeCharitiesSORP(FRS102)'AccountingandReportingbyCharities:Statement of
RecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsin accordancewiththeFinancial Reporting
StandardapplicableintheUKandRepublicofIreland(FRS102)(effective1January2019)', Financial
ReportingStandard102'TheFinancialReportingStandardapplicablein theUKandRepublicofIreland'and the
Charities Act 2011. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
Taxation
The charity is exempt from tax on its charitable activities.
Fund accounting
Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.
Restrictedfundscanonlybeusedforparticularrestrictedpurposeswithintheobjectsofthecharity. Restrictions
arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
