Th¢ Charity was founded in October 2020 for the purposes defined in its Obje¢ts as Ixlow. It was initially stsrted
as an unin¢orporated ¢harity and became a Charithbl¢ In¢oTporated Or8&nisation on 4th Jonuary 2021, 8ov¢med
by a Constitution of that date. It 15 registered as a charity Lth in England & Wal¢s and in S¢olJand.
R¢¢ruitmeat & Appoin¢m¢nt ofTrwtees
The Trustees other than Rosalind Plaits and Catherine Floyd ￿¢ first charity trnstees. Rosalind Platts and
Catherine Floyd were subsequently appointed by the Trustees. All are classified as Appointed Trustee4 one third
of whom will retire at the end of each Annual Genernl Meetin8 from 2024 onwards. Tn￿eeS are appointed by
election by the Members orappointm¢nt by the Trustees. A retirin8Trustee may be reappointed. butthe maximum

The Trustees manage the affairs of the CIO and may for that purpose exercise all the p)wer5 of the CIO. The
Trustees delegate powers and fun¢ti¢ns to officers and committe¢s appoi1)t￿ by them. They include membership,
R￿Ord delivery, finance and websit&ttholo8y officers.
