## **The Enneagram Inside** Registered Charity No. 1192939 ## **Annual Report** **April 2024 – March 2025** ## **DRAFT** ## **Mission** Our objective is to promote the rehabilitation of offenders, those at risk of offending, and exoffenders for public benefit. We provide programmes based on the Enneagram designed to foster transformation through increased self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-regulation. This development enhances individual capabilities, competences, knowledge, skills, and understanding, and improves emotional health and wellbeing. Our programme is inspired by the Enneagram Prison Project (EPP), founded by Susan Olesek in 2012. For more information, visit www.enneagramprisonproject.org. We are a member of the EPP global community, sharing the mission of "Freeing people from prisons of their own making" by using the Enneagram to inspire transformation on both sides of the bars. ## **Activities** ## _**Programme Delivery**_ We completed the design and development of the one-day refresher course for prisons where we have previously delivered programmes and the first course was delivered at Holme House in June 2024. ## _**Establishing Ongoing Programming**_ We are still awaiting the response to our application using the National Framework for Interventions (NFI) which was made in December 2023. The considerable internal workload for the prison system in implementing the new framework has meant that new applications are still on hold. In the meantime, during this year we have continued to work to secure future training opportunities within the prison estate. ## _**Promoting Our Organisation**_ We designed a series of monthly online community events for those interested in our work and a six month programme started in February 2025. Evaluation of this programme will be undertaken at its conclusion. ## _**Governance**_ The charity has continued to operate with three trustees Moira Spence, Sue Braithwaite (Chair) and Judith Roles. We have continued the development of policies to support our work, including a Financial Controls Policy and associated registers, safety of information, and safeguarding protocols. ## _**Affiliation with EPP**_ We have maintained our relationship with EPP through the Affiliate Agreement signed in December 2023 and continue to look for opportunities to collaborate and bring the programme to prisons and others affected by incarceration in England and Wales. ## **Structure, Governance, and Management** The Enneagram Inside is a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) governed by its constitution and currently has three trustees.
