Actlvltles The focus of our work Is the development and delivery of In-custody programmes which are based on the 8-session curriculum developed by EPP. Atthough the pandemic was Considered ¢)ver in the sprin8 of 2022 the lrnpact on the prlson sepllce contlnued for the rest of the year. We were not able to start discu5slons to be8ln a new In-¢UStody pro8ramme until midway thTOU6h the year. The EPP-based pro8ramme5 are dellvered by Guldes who are tralned and accredlted by EPP. Durln8 2022-2023 we continued to build our intrastructure and resources: Promoting our organisation and work- we attended two events. Together wlth EEP founder (Susan Olesekl and some US EPP Ambassador5, who joined us online. we were guest speakers at Enneafest in April 2022. in May 2022 we exhibrted at the Mana8in8 Chaplains conference for HMPP Chaplains and introduced oursefves to thelr network Governance- we agreed and publlshed our key policy of how we woukl recrult new tru5tee5. Supporting the ongoin8 training of our gukles In tralnlng. The guides In tralning were commissioned to teach on two of EPWS publlc pro8rammes Nine Pr150ns One key and Path to Freedom. Entered discussions with HMPP Holme House to restart prograrnmin8 and secured a contact to deliver a programme In April 2023. Continuing to learn aboLrt our criminal justice system ènd estsblishing contsctslnetworkin8. Workin8 With EPP to develop our community of volunteers and our working prattices around delNering the curriculum. Work also be8an on draftin8 an agement between oursefves and EPP.
