Curr•nt Actlvltles We are Involved In many dlfferent areas and our projects range from food. dolhlng distribution, aducation, construction, water projects. Immunisallon projects. orphan sponsorshlp and r6llef efforts when a dlsaster occurs. Invitlng all donors to get involved and bring generous donations to help relieve the suffering of those who are less fortunate than us. All our projects are carefully constructed and deslgned to be accessible effectlve and are done with due diligence. They are a combination of emergency support, short term rellef and longer-term sustalnable Interventlons. Monthly regular ongolng projects Contlnued Support wlth ongolng projects from prevlous years. WaterAid - Provide dean water for a whole village or communty with a hand water pump or well installation. Safe dean water prevents many medical conditions and provides a basic essential of life to many people. Projects in place ¢urrenUy worldwide. In 2023-24 we have Increased our donaticms to help support the water projects worldwide. Bread - The economic impact of the humanttarian crisls around the globe has led to the inabllty to procure essential food supplies. The dedine in food imports and currency depreciate is resulting in the continual rise of food prices. The mass population is unable to purchase even the cheapest staple grains. Gift for Humanity provides fresh Bread in Yemen and supports the Bread factory on a monthly ba81S. Immunlsatlon - Most of Africa's under4mmunized children live in Nigeria. Ethiopia, the DRC, South Sudan. and Guinea. Poor people, those living in rural areas. and families no access to the simplest immunisation protection. Gift for Humanity through UNICEF provides immunisation across Africa. Orphan sponsor - Of the many members of society. orphans are amongst the most vulnerable. This is particularfy true in countries where there is litue social suppjrt and where services are18rgely inadequate. GFH currently sponsors $2 orphans in many countries across the globe who receive help and support every month. An incredible achievement only rnade possible by our generous donors. A hlgve and rformance in 2023-24 Achlevements 2023 v￿S a year of significant achievements for Grft for Humanity, continuing donations from our donors helped us raise over £148,223,80 which was used across various projects in th8 year and helped thousands of needy and destitute people across the globe. Continued support and help from our donors will help make our foundations stronger for the future which wil allow us to do more In the years ahead. Some of our achievements indude helping the victims of the Cyclone Mocha in Burma by donating vital equipment and foc¥J. The Earthquakes that hit Morocco & Afghanistan vthith (2used devastation and left many families with nothing. GFH helped with donations inctuding food and vital Su￿1Val 8qulpment. The Floods In Libya caused havoc and devaststion. A quick response was needed. again GFH donated gene￿U$ty. The ongoiro conflict arKI humanitsrian crisis in Gaza clalming thousands of casualties, GFH donated towards vital Food & emergency survNal 8quipment. Thes8 are lust some of the achievements GFH accomplished in 2023-24. Burma - Cyclone Mocha caused devastatlon and destroyed vital Infrastwcture affecting hundreds of f8milles left withoutfood, water and shelter. GFH helpeqj provld8 vltal ald to the affected. Llbya Floods - We funded and supported hundreds of famili8s18ft without food water and sheltor. MoroccolAfghanlstan Earthquak06- A devastatlng 8arthquake left thousands without food and sheller a crlsls appeal was launched and help was glven wlth food, clothlng, and shelter. We funded food packs and m6dical aid for the thousands that were affected. Wlnter Ald - We helped fund several countrles eround the globe wlth winter clothlng, heating and essential items Including tents and fuel for heating. Bangladesh Cataract Camp - Wa helped set up a cataract camp to ireat children and adults wlth vltal medical supporL Gaza - We helped thousands of famllles affected by the recent confllct wlth food, water & shelter. Ramadhan App•al- Just Ilke every year, thls year we also donated food packs across the globe vmrldwide.
