**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, WHICH ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND TO BE CARRIED OUT IN THE SOUTH EAST REGION, WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON THE GREATER READING AREA, ARE:1) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF, AND EDUCATION IN, THE ART OF DANCE.2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN DANCE AS A MEANS OF IMPROVING MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING.

**Activities:** Based in Reading, we provide an annual festival of dance, encouraging local talent and community participation as well as showcasing dance professionals to reach new audiences and inspire a love of dance. We support people to overcome barriers to dance and get them to access dance. We help tackle mental health challenges faced by young and old through a lively programme of dance for all abilities.
