**Objects:** THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST IN THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS, STEEP IN THE DIOCESE OF PORTSMOUTH (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CHURCH') THIS COULD INCLUDE THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** Friends of Steep Church (FOSC) assists in the restoration, preservation, maintenance, repair, improvement and beautification of All Saints Church in Steep, Hampshire.It raises funds which, in cooperation with the Parochial Church Council, are applied to improvement projects for the church and its immediate surroundings
