ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR 1.1.2022 - 31.12.2022
The charity was in a dormant phase throughout the year, with zero income and zero expenditure. Trustees communicated over the period, but it continued to be a challenge to even open a bank account with a UK bank during the period, mainly due to banks’ restrictions on new account openings in the charitable sector. As a result of this, there has been a delay to the Charity making the progress that was hoped for.
In the meantime, the Trustees have been growing the list of potential charities that they would like to make grants to once the charity has some funding. These are still at an early stage and there is no guarantee that all these will be accepted once properly screened and discussed by the Trustees.
The main aim for the coming period is to try to advance Percent for Good’s overall strategy, to raise some funding to enable the charity’s model of fundraising to move ahead, and to involve more people to bring the charity to a position where grants can start to be awarded.
Given that in the year there was no bank account and no income / expenditure, there are no accounts being submitted alongside this report.
