**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA OR COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO HOLD REGULAR MEETINGS, TO PROVIDE STIMULATING EXPERIENCES THROUGH RECREATION AND TO GIVE PRACTICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, HELP AND SUPPORT.

**Activities:** The charity runs a weekly cafe in Yateley for people with Dementia or Cognative Impairment. Together with family and carers, people can socialise in a safe and supportive environment. Specialist activities and entertainment are provided and a wide range of literature and support is available to assist carers.
