**Objects:** THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE:TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, MUSIC AND THE PERFORMING ARTS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 8 TO 18 YEARS OLD (THE BENEFICIARIES) LIVING IN EXMOUTH AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS OF DEVON BY THE PROVISION OF:· WORKSHOPS IN THEATRE TECHNIQUES INCLUDING ACTING, SINGING AND DANCING. · OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN OTHER AREAS OF THE THEATRE INCLUDING WORKING BACKSTAGE, LIGHTING, SOUND AND PRODUCTION DESIGN. · PERFORMANCES DELIVERED AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER APPROPRIATE.

**Activities:** The aims of the Exmouth Youth Theatre are to advance the education of children and young peoplein music and the performing arts and to promote, improve, develop and maintain public educationand appreciation of music and the Performing Arts for children and young people residing inExmouth and the district of Devon. Our policy is one of encouraging diversity, inclusion and equality.
