## Activities

**Objects:** TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF WOMEN (AND THEIR FAMILIES WHERE NECESSARY), LIVING IN BRIGHTON AND HOVE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH, BUT NOT NECESSARILY RESTRICTED TO: PROVIDING AN AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING SERVICE, AND BY THE TRAINING OF INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT.

**Activities:** We provide 1-2-1 counselling and therapeutic groups to women experiencing a range of mental health distress across Brighton & Hove, and the surrounding areas. We also provide training for these purposes.
