Structure, governance and management

Objectives and activities

Basis of preparation and notes
These accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis from the single Barclays Online Banking transaction report supplied. That report covers the selected date range 1 January to 31 December 2023 and displays transactions from 24 February to 8 December 2023. The opening balance of £230 is derived from the first transaction and running balance; the closing balance of £468 is the balance following the final transaction in the selected period. The separate £471 'available balance' shown on the report is dated 11 September 2024 and is therefore not used as the 2023 year-end balance.
Cash withdrawals totalling £90 have not been assigned to a charitable activity because the bank descriptions do not state their purpose. Supporting receipts, grant records, minutes and any other accounts should be retained with this report. This document is not an audit or independent examination.
