**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, IN PARTICULAR BY STAGING A BIENNIAL INTERNATIONAL PIANO FESTIVAL AND INTERNATIONAL PIANO CONCERTO COMPETITION IN HASTINGS, EAST SUSSEX PROVIDING PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS, TOGETHER WITH YEAR ROUND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND OTHER MUSICAL EVENTS DESIGNED TO ENCOURAGE THE APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AMONG ALL AGE GROUPS.

**Activities:** The charity stages a biennial international piano festival and international piano concerto competition in Hastings, East Sussex providing public concerts and recitals, together with year round educational activities and other musical events designed to encourage the appreciation of music among all age groups.
