**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION AND THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH:(1) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE LIFTING OF WEIGHTS AND OTHER RELATED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ACTIVITIES CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TO SUCH PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES;(2) MAKING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES TO INCREASE AND SUSTAIN PARTICIPATION IN THE LIFTING OF WEIGHTS AND OTHER RELATED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ACTIVITIES; AND(3) PROMOTING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN THE LIFTING OF WEIGHTS AND OTHER RELATED STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ACTIVITIES CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.
