Report Of The Trustees of Hhelp Appeal For The Period Ended 5th April 2025

The trustees present their report and the financial statements for the year ended 5th April 2025.
Hhelp Appeal is a CIO Foundation registered 20 April 2020
Trustees are appointed in accordance with Hhelp Appeal’s constitution. Once appointed, Trustees are given introduction of the charity and information about its objects, Trustees are also given the copy of the constitution and aims and objective, Role description are issued to each trustee and full induction is given setting out the obligations of a trustee. All trustees are issued with copies of the Charity Commission's guidance.
The trustees meet every 3 months.
The trustees actively review the major risk to which the charity is exposed to on a regular basis, in particular those relating to its operations and finances. The system is established to mitigate these.
Achievement and performance
As we stated in our previous report we are finding it very difficult to get volunteers who would be prepared to assist or organise events to raise donations. One of the main reasons is the hardship of living expenses with high energy bills and living costs. All we can do is carry on with the work we are doing to the best of our ability with the limited resources.
The charity relies on voluntary income and the charity generated an income of £355.00 for the period ended 5th April 2025.
