**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH FOR SERVING, FORMER AND RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF THE UK AVIATION SECTOR BY:• RAISING AWARENESS OF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES ACROSS THE AVIATION INDUSTRY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- ONLINE RESOURCES RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES;- WORKING WITH AVIATION INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS TO PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS AND PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH RELATED SERVICES;• PROVIDING ACCESS TO PEER SUPPORTERS FROM THE AVIATION INDUSTRY, TRAINED IN MENTAL HEALTHFIRST AID.• PROVIDING ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL SUPPORTERS TRAINED IN RELEVANT MENTAL HEALTH RELATEDDISCIPLINES.• PROVIDING ACCESS TO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, CAREER OR EMPLOYMENT ADVICE TO SUPPORT THOSE MADE,OR AT THREAT OF BEING MADE, REDUNDANT WHERE THIS IS IMPACTING NEGATIVELY ON THEIR MENTALHEALTH.

**Activities:** Raising awareness of mental health issues across the aviation industry including, but not limited to: 1. online resources relating to mental health issues;2. working with aviation industry stakeholders to promote mental health awareness and provide mental health related services.
